Covering letter address to Consulate General of China, Mumbai, with company seal & Applicant Passport details. (Please mention Travel Date, Passport details, Authorise Person Name, Designation , Company Seal AND single/double/ Multiple entry in covering letter Its mandatory) (without this we will not accept)
Copy of invitation from china with Chinese company fax no. which is mentioned in letter head Consulate General of China, Mumbai (without this we will not accept)
Please provide the Business license of the sponsored Company in China.
If Passport is Damaged then, we need to provide a letter on Company Letterhead we are not responcibel any further damage, reimbursement and claims in relation to the passport to Consulate General Of China Or China Vfs Global Pvt. Ltd.
Outstation passports pls submit their Residence any 2 from below list:

- Proof Telephone bill (Period should last month only)/ Electricity Bill (Period should last month only)/ Mobile bill
- Valid Lease Agreement/ Leave and Licenses
- Letter from company mentioning address Allotment Letter
- Bank statement with home address
- Society Letter with Seal
- Police Clearing Certificate Copy (PCC COPY)
An applicant holding a passport other than Indian passport should provide the original and a copy of their permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year(except for those who are visa or permit exempt for residing or working in India)

Return Confirmed ticket with Airline stamp
Hotel Confirmation from China on hotel letterhead with hotel seal and signature
Day to day itinerary mandatory
Leave Letter If company Employee.
If Passport is Damaged then, we need to provide a letter on Personal OR Company Letterhead we are not responsible any further damage, reimbursement and claims in relation to the passport to Consulate General Of China Or China Vfs Global Pvt. Ltd.
Original personal 6 month to till date Bank Statement with minimum balance of Rs 1.6 lacs with bank seal and signature is must. (Without this we will not accept) (if minimum balance is Rs. 1,60,000 then we can submit the application with request final decision will be taken by consulate)
